Salut. Ce conservant natural pot pune in must(de mere) pentru a-l pastra pentru iarna?

Eu am dat in fiert usor mustul intr-un tuci de 15L, indepartand constant spuma formata. Dupa 45-60 min am pus direct in damigeana sticla si dupa de s-a racit am pus in beci. Am facut 60L. Nu am pus capacul bine unei damigene de 20L si a facut floare, dar inca nu am gustat din ea. Am gustat din altele si este bun, nu la fel de dulce precum cel de toamna, dar foarte aprope. Conservant natural nu cunosc.

sau fermentat sa iasa cidru, se procedeaza la fel ca la vin, cu dop special cu tub de sticla in el sa nu intre oxigen dar sa iasa gazele de fermentat

dupa vreo luna, cind se linisteste se trage in sticle cu dop prins cu sirma (precum cele de bere sau se gasesc de cumparat), se tine la rece, fermenteaza in continuare dar mai putin

congelat in sticle de plastic si cand il scoti astepti vreo 2 zile ca fermenteaza iar.
sau ii pui hrean si se opreste fermentatia ramanand un suc de struguri cu aroma de hrean. dar nu stiu proportia
