Stie cineva daca pasta de susan (tahina) este raw sau nu ? Si/sau care e procesul de fabricatie ?

Mdah reteta aia clar nu e raw. Nu stiu asta de pe piata cum o fi.

Da un semn te rog daca iti iese. Eventual si cu ce tehnologie ai lucrat (blender,robot, alea alea :) ) si cum a iesit ...

Exista si tahini raw (cel putin daca ne luam dupa eticheta). In Romania am vazut la magazinul Unei. Pe internet gasesti in mai multe locuri de cumparat. Cica s-ar putea face in-house cu Vitamix-ul.

Semintele de susan crud (nedecorticate) se pun la inmuiat si dup-aia eventual se lasa la germinat vreo cateva zile. Cand le-a aparut coltisorul se pun la uscat, fie in deshidrator, fie pe calorifer. Cand sunt uscate bine se baga la blender/rasnita si se macina foarte bine, apoi se adauga dupa gust ulei de susan, sare, zeama de lamaie, chimen. Poti sa nu le inmoi, dar ar contine inhibitori enzimatici.
Eu nu ma mai complic cu varianta asta ci fac in felul urmator: las la inmuiat vreo 8 ore seminte de susan, apoi le scurg si clatesc bine, le bag la blender cu apa cat sa le acopere, zeama de lamaie, sare, chimen (poti pune si ulei sa iasa mai cremoasa) si las la blenduit cel putin un minut. Iese o pasta foarte gustoasa care se poate pastra la frigider cateva zile. Mananc cu lingura :droll:
