As fi tentata sa tin regimul ketogenic, dar nu stiu exact ce sa mananc si in ce proportii, am citit ceva pe net cum ca se bazeaza pe consumul preponderent de grasimi si proteine si extrem de putini carbohidrati. Va intreb pe voi ca nu vreau sa fac vreo prostie si in loc sa slabesc, sa ma ingras. v-as ruga sa-mi spuneti exact ce alimente trebuie consumate. Multumesc

Sa te ingrasi in timpul ketozei ar fi o performanta unicat, tehnic e cam imposibil. Eu am incercat sa cistig 1-2 kg in timpul ketozei si nu am reusit nici cu 3500 kcal/zi. Greutatea a ramas constanta la gram.
Dieta se bazeaza pe grasimi, atentie, proteinele raman low.
Poti incepe testele de la o distributie
65% grasimi
15% proteine
20% carbo
In legatura cu alimentele nu imi dau seama ce gen de exemplificare iti doresti. Ce target caloric ai? Exemplifica te rog ce alimente ai in dieta prezenta, eventual meniul pe 1-2-3 zile.

pai in prezent mananc zilnic banane, portocale, pomelo, mere, salata verde, varza, sfecla rosie, morcovi, telina, migdale mai rar....cam atat... a , si mancam pana acum 3 zile seminte de floarea soarelui dar am renuntat la ele pt ca am obs ca ma doare capul de la ele



deci de ar trebui sa mananc vreo 200 g de migdale , niste alune si ca proteine si carbo ? da-mi o sugestie, plz

in principiu, poti cauta pe google "X nutrient analysis", unde X este alimentul luat in considerare, si sa descoperi procentul de proteine / grasimi /carbohidrati din fiecare aliment.

semintele = carbo. cind spun seminte, ma refer la seminte de orice fel (migdale = seminte. nuci = seminte.) ar trebui stors uleiul, si consumat doar el.
radacinoasele = carbo again. sfecla = carbo. morcovi = carbo. (plantele transforma radacina in depozit de carbohidrati, pentru iarna).
varza e de asemeni carbo (planta face depozitul de carbohidrati in frunze).
fructele in principiu, sint de asemeni depozite de carbohidrati, in special cele amidonoase (banane, mere). si celelalte sint, dar au mai multa apa (pomelo, portocale).

din ce-ai scris mai sus, 90% din ce maninci este carbohidrat.

o dieta raw vegan low carb se bazeaza pe FRUNZE (patrunjel, spanac, morcov frunze, telina frunze, ridichi frunze, etc etc) si ulei presat la rece.

Nu stiu cum era varza inainte, iti pot spune cum este acum. :P
6g carbo la 100g varza, absolut rezonabil.
