Azi in piata era un nene care scobea la un dovleac placintar si manca blink
L-am rugat sa imi dea si mie sa gust si este chiar bun :luv:

Mi-am cumparat si eu o felie de 2 kile :droll:

Tocmai ce am pus de o placinta de dovleac si de mere. Bineinteles ca am gustat si dovleacul crud. Textura este cam ca cea de morcov, iar gustul de...dovleac ! In consecinta, am pastrat cateva cubulete si pentru salata de " de toate " pe care o sa o am maine pentru serviciu.
Ma gandesc ca ar merge foarte bine la alte doua tipuri de salata: de telina si de sfecla. O sa adaug cu prima ocazie !

Da, asta seara am mancat o salata de dovleac placintar CRUD cu 15 boabe de struguri si cu spanac... doar atat.
A fost pur si simplu geniala... strugurii cu spanac sunt super buni!

Eu tot nu am inteles care e dovleacul placintar :( Cel rotund cu dungi, sau cel lunguiet (portocaliu, cu forma de para)?
Am in frigider 1/2 de dovlac lunguiet, dar e foarte tare si greu de curatat.

dovlecelul sau zucchini are pulpa alba (moale, apoasa) si coaja verde deschis sau inchis. are forma dreapta lunguiata sau e rotund ca un pepenas mic.

placintarul are pulpa portocalie si mai tare decat a dovlecelului. forma poate fi o sfera turtita sau o para giganta. coaja este de la alb/verde deschis/verde inchis/portocaliu in fctie de soi si se curata greu. semintele se consuma (seminte de dovleac)

Cel dificil de curatat este pentru placinte :D

Este un pic mai usor de curatat daca folositi cutitul pentru curatat cartofi !
